Create a luxurious self-care ritual in just a few simple steps. This routine helps to promote lymphatic drainage, boost circulation, and leave your skin looking radiant and refreshed.

Step 1: Prep Your Skin

Start with a clean face by gently cleansing your skin with Melt The Day Away Cleansing Balm to remove any makeup or impurities.

Step 2: Apply Nourish & Glow Superfood Oil

Dispense a few drops of Nourish & Glow Superfood Oil into your palms and warm it up by rubbing your hands together. Gently press the oil into your skin, ensuring even coverage. This helps the Gua Sha glide smoothly over your skin while delivering deep hydration.

Step 3: Hold the Gua Sha Correctly

Hold the Rose Quartz Gua Sha flat against your face at a 15-degree angle (almost flush with your skin) for optimal results.

Step 4: Start with Your Neck

• Using the long, curved edge, gently glide the Gua Sha upwards from the base of your neck to your jawline.
• Repeat 5–10 times on each side to encourage lymphatic drainage.

Step 5: Define Your Jawline

• Place the Gua Sha at the centre of your chin and move it along the jawline towards your ear.
• Repeat 5–10 times on each side for a lifted look.

Step 6: Sculpt Your Cheeks

• Using the smooth, curved edge, glide the tool from the side of your nose up towards your ear, following your cheekbone.
• Repeat 5–10 times on each side to enhance definition.

Step 7: Refresh Your Under-Eyes

• Use the smallest, curved edge and gently sweep from the inner corner of your eye outwards.
• Use very light pressure and repeat 5–10 times to reduce puffiness.

Step 8: Lift Your Brow & Forehead

• Start at the centre of your forehead and glide the tool outwards towards your temples.
• Repeat 5–10 times to smooth and de-stress your skin.

Step 9: Finish & Relax

Take a deep breath and enjoy your moment for you. Allow the Nourish & Glow Superfood Oil to absorb fully, leaving your skin glowing and hydrated.
