What are Hydrating Points?

Every time you shop with Ella & Jo you earn Hydrating Rewards Points. These points can either be redeemed as a discount on your next order or can be saved up over time so that your entire order can be paid for with Hydrating Points.

How do you earn points?

For every €1 spent on ellaandjo.ie you will earn 5 points

(excluding shipping costs)

In order for you to earn & start collecting points, you must have a registered account and log into your account before placing your order. Your points are then automatically calculated according to your order value & will be added to your Hydrating Points. You may choose to use your rewards on your next order or collect them for again.

How do I refer to a friend?

Referring a friend is a fantastic way to introduce your gals to Ella & Jo and they to can experience the love you have for our hydrating hero products. Simply click the ‘Hydrating Points’ button on the right hand corner of the screen (Gift icon). Scroll down to the ‘Refer a friend’. Copy & Share the URL link with your friend. They’ll receive a €5 discount off their first purchase and you will earn €5 after they make their first purchase.

Will your Hydrating points expire?

No, Ella & Jo Hydrating Rewards points do not expire.

I need to update my birthday details, how can I do it?

Log into your account
Click on the rewards button on the bottom right hand corner of the webs page (pink symbol with a bag & love heart symbol)
Once logged in and Click & scroll down on the section 'Ways to earn' and make sure your birthday details are added. You need your birthday added at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded. Here you can edit the date if not already added.

What products can I redeem my points with?

You can use your loyalty points on all products, even bundles & gift sets. Please note that you cannot use your points on Sale items.

I have placed an order on Ella & Jo, but i forgot to log in, can i redeem my points?

If you are already a registered account holder, please email info@ellaandjo.ie and with your order details and we can adjust your rewards if possible.
