If it is a case that you do not currently need a top up of your favourite products,
you can skip your upcoming order.
You will not be charged for this action, and you will receive your products in
your following subscription order.
Gift your upcoming order to a friend
There is a feature to gift products to a friend.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you do not need your upcoming subscription and
you may like to treat your friend, you just simply enter their address
and your next subscription will be sent to them.
You will not be charged any additional costs for this action.
You may make your friends day, week or even month!
Swap an item on your upcoming order
If it is a case that you do not currently need a top up of the
products on your subscription, do not worry, you can swap
your products around depending on what you need a top up of.
Your subscription price will change depending on what product
you have swapped to, but your discount will also be included.
Delay date - this is where you can delay your subscriptions
if you don't want it as soon as we advise

You have the option to delay your order by 1,2, or 3 weeks or
set a custom date where you can pick the specific date you
want your next order to be processed.

products delivered as often as we advise,
it is very easy to adjust the time difference between
your deliveries.

Edit Address
Your delivery address will be set on your subscriptions
account but if it is the case that
you need to change or amend your address, this is
possible to do when you follow the simple steps above.
Set next date
If you would like to bring your next date for delivery
forward or delay it, you can do so by setting your next date.
This allows you to amend it as regularly as you may need.
Edit Payment
Your subscription payment will come out of the account
that you have linked to your subscriptions account,
but if you need to edit your payment details you can do so.
Pause subscription
There is an option to pause your subscriptions account
for as long as you may need.
Once you pause your account, your upcoming
orders will not be delivered and you will no longer be charged.
You can unpause your subscriptions at your own
convenience if you wish to resume as previous times.
Cancel your order
If you no longer want to avail of the subscriptions service,
you can cancel it at any time - no strings attached.
Please note, You won't be able to reactivate this subscription.
If you prefer, you can pause this subscription.
